Consultation & Acupuncture
£150.00 | One 120 minute session

This session is designed for new clients or for those returning after a long break.

We begin with a detailed consultation, allowing time to explore your health questionnaire, current symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and the underlying patterns that may be shaping your condition. This is a conversational and reflective process, giving space for your concerns, questions, and priorities to be heard clearly.

From this discussion, a treatment approach is formed in accordance with Classical Chinese Medicine principles. Acupuncture is then given, tailored to what has emerged during the consultation. The treatment is unhurried yet focused, allowing the body adequate time to respond and settle.

This session offers both clarity and depth, establishing a strong foundation for ongoing care with follow up e-mails and check-ins.

Acupuncture Membership
£180.00 | Four weekly 60-minute sessions

The Acupuncture Membership is for people who want to prioritise their wellbeing through consistent, ongoing treatment. It’s built on mutual commitment: I commit to working with you closely, and you commit to showing up for the process.

Across four weekly sessions, treatment is adapted each time according to how your body is responding, with the aim of supporting regulation, resilience, and steadiness over time.

Membership also includes follow-up emails with Classical Chinese Medicine reflections, as well as check-ins between sessions whenever you need support.

This membership makes regular acupuncture more affordable for those who want to work with continuity, depth, and care.

Acupuncture Follow-Up
£75.00 | One 60 minute session

This session is for returning clients who are continuing their treatment. We begin with a brief check-in to discuss how you have responded to previous sessions, how your symptoms are evolving, and any current events, stresses, or changes that may be influencing your health. Treatment is then adjusted accordingly, reflecting where you are now rather than following a fixed protocol.

Acupuncture is given with continuity and progression in mind, supporting the body’s capacity to regulate, adapt, and resolve patterns over time.
