CLASSICAL CHINESE MEDICINE FOR CONCEPTION, CYCLES AND CREATION

Fertility is not just about reproduction — it is about how life moves through us. In Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM), fertility is a reflection of inner harmony: the strength of our Essence (Jing), the flow of Blood and Qi, and the resonance between the physical and emotional. Whether you’re trying to conceive, regulate cycles, improve sperm quality, or recover after loss, Classical acupuncture offers a highly individualised approach to support your path.

Fertility is understood through the health of the Kidneys, Liver, and the Extraordinary Vessels, particularly Chong Mai and Ren Mai. These systems govern the formation of Essence, the movement of reproductive fluids, the quality of menstruation or sperm, and the relationship between the Heart and reproductive organs — known as the Bao Mai in women, and its spiritual parallel in men.

Fertility is not just hormonal or structural. It includes how we store trauma, how we inherit patterns from our ancestry, and how our Spirit connects to the process of creation. Acupuncture creates space for all of this to be addressed — gently, respectfully, and effectively.

CHRONIC PAIN SUPPORT

A different way of living with pain.

ChatGPT Image Jan 21, 2026, 09_06_57 AM_

Living with chronic pain is not just about the pain.

It's about waking up already feeling tired.
It's about it never in some way being in your mind.

And then having to push through because stopping doesn't feels allowed.

For many people, the most difficult part isn't even the pain.

It's the constant effort of having to hold yourself together whilst nothing quite resolves.

We recognise that this needs also support.

Pain isn't always something to fix

Chronic pain often isn't a single problem waiting for the right solution. It's part of a system that has been under strain for a long time.

Sometimes an injury went deeper than it should have.
At other times there are no resources to resolve an illness.
And often stress, shock and pushing through act as an obstacle.

Over time the body adapts to this.
By holding, bracing and keeping us where we are.

When this kind of pain is met with pressure or urgency, it often tightens futher, but when it's met with attention and safety, something else begins to happen.

How I work with chronic pain

In our sessions, we don’t try to override pain or force change.

We slow things down.
We listen carefully, without rushing to conclusions.
We work at a pace your body can actually respond to.

Acupuncture is central to this work.
Treatment is guided by careful assessment, skilled needle technique, and close attention to how your system responds in real time.

At times we may speak to clarify what’s happening.
At times quiet allows the body to integrate.

What matters is the quality of attention.

When the body is met without being pushed, it begins to soften on its own.

What people notice with time

This work isn't about quick fixes or dramatic breakthroughs, it's about building enough resources to allow a long-standing condition to resolve.

What people often describe is:

  • Pain becomes less focused

  • Flares ease in intensity or duration

  • A greater sense of ease in their body

  • Improved sleep and digestion

  • Feeling less at war with themselves

Change tends to happen over time, as the system learns to regulate rather than resist.

Each session includes acupuncture treatment.

Alongside this, we will speak, observe quietly, or allow space for the body to integrate, depending on what’s needed in the moment.

All of this, importantly, alongside the highest quality of attention.

When the body is met without being pushed, it begins to soften on its own.

If this speaks to you

If you are living with chronic pain and are tired of having to explain yourself or ignore what you're going through, this may be a different kind of treatment for you.

You’re welcome to book a session or reach out if you have any questions.

We’ll take it one step at a time.
